Scrydex approves using its prices in a product
Every price TCG Marquee shows comes from Scrydex. Building a product on another company's data without asking would be a bad foundation, so I wrote to them and explained what I was building.
Their answer was a clear yes: this kind of use is allowed on their paid plans, and graded prices and trends come with the Growth plan. That settled two things at once:
- The product can be sold without legal or licensing surprises later.
- The plan structure makes sense. Graded prices cost more to provide, which is part of why they're in the Pro plan.
