TCG Marquee vs Collectr
Collectr is the best-known card portfolio app: scan your cards, watch your collection's value, and check comps on your phone. TCG Marquee shows your cards and their prices on a screen you never have to pick up: an LED board on the shelf, a TV in the card room, or a monitor on your show table.
The short answer
If you want deep price research, years of price history, a trade analyzer, and a huge community, Collectr does far more of that than we do. If you want your collection on the wall, or prices on your table at a show without writing price tags, that's what TCG Marquee is built for. Many collectors will use both.
What a screen does that an app can't
An LED board cycles your cards with their art, today's price, and the 7 and 30 day change. Nothing to open or unlock.
The Apple TV app, or screen mode in any browser, shows the same pages on a big screen.
At a card show, your table display shows the cards you're selling with your asking price next to the market price, and a shop page with your logo and a QR code (Pro).
Turn prices off and the screen shows your binders, set progress, and favorite cards, for the collector who just likes to look at them.

What Collectr does that we don't
- Many more games: Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Lorcana, and 20 more.
- Up to 5 years or more of price history on Pro. Our charts start the day a card is added.
- A trade analyzer that shows whether a trade is fair.
- Showcases, creators to follow, and a very large community (it says 10M+ collectors).
Bringing your cards over
Collectr Pro includes data export. TCG Marquee imports a CSV and matches each card by name, set, and number, the columns most collection apps export, and the prices come back with the match.
Questions
Is TCG Marquee a Collectr alternative?
For portfolio tracking, not really: Collectr is built for that and covers more games. TCG Marquee is for showing your collection on a screen, and for vendors who want prices on their table. If a display is what you want, it's the alternative.
Can I show my Collectr collection on a TV?
Collectr's site doesn't mention a TV or display mode. Export your collection from Collectr, import the CSV into TCG Marquee, then link an Apple TV or open screen mode in any browser.
Where do TCG Marquee's prices come from?
From Scrydex, a card market data service that tracks recent sales. Prices refresh once a day.
Do I need the LED board?
No. Every plan works on a TV, monitor, or tablet with a web browser, and there's an Apple TV app.
