Wi-Fi setup from a phone, and big collections
The first firmware had my Wi-Fi password built in, which is fine on my desk and useless for anyone else. Version 0.2 fixed that and two other big gaps.

With no Wi-Fi saved, the board creates its own network, named TCG-Marquee plus four letters and numbers. Join it on your phone and a setup page opens, the same way hotel Wi-Fi does. Pick your network, type the password, and the board confirms it connected. Hold the DOWN button for five seconds to change networks later.
Collections of any size
The first firmware stopped at 60 pages. Now pages come in batches of 40: the board shows one batch while the next downloads in the background, on the chip's second processor core, so the display never stutters while it works.
Updates over the air
New firmware is published from the admin page. Each board checks in, downloads anything newer, confirms its fingerprint matches what was published, and only then installs it and restarts. A damaged download is thrown away and the old firmware keeps running.
