A demo reel of cards that don't exist
App Store screenshots and demo videos need a wall full of cards, but showing someone's real collection isn't right, and showing real card art raises its own questions. So the wall got a demo reel.
Cards that don't exist
The demo reel has sixteen invented cards, like Solar Phoenix ex and Ember Drake ex, from invented sets like Ember Crown, Night Bloom, and Deep Current. Their art is drawn by the server: a metallic frame, a painted scene, and a glowing creature, all generated from the card's name so each one is different but always the same.
It exercises every kind of page the wall has: single cards, graded cards, movers, binders, show mode, and the shop page. Your own wall settings and shop page still apply, so it doubles as a preview of your setup.
Making it also turned up a gap: the Apple TV app wasn't showing the 7 and 30 day trends that the website showed. It does now.
